A: Generally to replace a standard windscreen, it will take approximately 30 to 60mins.

Q: How long before it is safe to drive my vehicle after the replacement?
A: We use the latest technology urethane, which has a dual airbag 1-hour drive away time.

Q: Do you come to my address or do I have to bring it to your workshop?
A: We are a mobile service will happily come to your home or work place to carry out the required repair.

Q: Is there a call out charge if you come to my place and fit my windscreen?
A: NO, we provide a mobile service to all our customers free of charge.

Q : How long do I have to wait to get the work done .
A: We can usually get one of our fitters out to you the same day.

Q: Is there any warranty that comes with your glass?
A: YES, we provide warranty on workmanship and/or faulty glass for as long as you own the vehicle. Our warranty is not transferable if you sell the vehicle.

Q: Will the glass be the same as the one that is in my vehicle?
A: All Windscreens and Auto Glass we use meets and exceeds CSI-Australian Standard.

Q: How can I pay?
A: We accept cash, direct debit, cheque, EFTPOS, Visa and MasterCard.

Q: My cars side window was broken and I can hear glass inside the door, will you clean out the glass?
A: Yes, we will make every effort to make sure your vehicle is clean from any broken glass upon completion of the job.

Q: How can I tell if my windscreen can be repaired or it will need a replacement?
A: Stone chip repairs can be carried out if the diameter of the damaged area is no larger than 30mm (size of a 20c coin)

Q: How much will my windscreen replacement cost
A: The cost of a windscreen or any other auto glass on your vehicle can and will vary depending on, the make, model, year and the accessories your vehicle has.
